Terms of service

By using StakeNerds you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What StakeNerds is

A free, independent site with statistics and tools about games on Stake and Stake Engine. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Stake, Engine or any studio. We do not take bets, hold money or run any game.

Not advice, no guarantees

Everything here describes games and past play. Nothing predicts a result, and no game is ever “due”. Simulations and odds show what a game’s math makes likely, not what will happen to you. Figures come from public data and can be late, incomplete or wrong; we work to keep them right but make no promise that they are. Do not rely on the site for any decision about money.

18+ and the law where you live

The site is for people aged 18 and over. Online gambling is restricted or illegal in many places. It is up to you to follow the law where you are; nothing here is an invitation to gamble where that is not allowed.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and give a real email address. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

What you post

Reviews and comments you post are public under your display name. You keep the rights to what you write and let us show it on the site. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, misleading or someone else’s private information, and do not spam. We may remove posts and close accounts that break these rules.

Fair use

Use the site normally. Do not try to break it, overload it or scrape it at a pace that harms other visitors. Badges, overlays and links back to us are welcome.

Changes

We may change these terms or the site itself. When the terms change, the date at the top changes too. See our privacy policy for what we store about you.

Play safely

Only play with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, BeGambleAware offers free, confidential help.
